Founded in 1979, the Chinese Community Center is a multi-ethnic organization serving all Houstonians through its mission to bridge East and West by enriching families with cultural, educational, and social service programs.

The Chinese Community Center engages with more than 14,000 people annually through its culture and community offerings, including its Lunar New Year festival and Asian Heritage Tours. These cultural activities are funded in part by the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance.
