"Joining Urban Adventures was a natural fit because their philosophy and my philosophy about tourism are the same. It's great to be part of a team.
"I'm a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and arrived in Houston in July 1984, planning to stay only one month. That was 27 years ago. As I began to study the city's history and architecture, I fell in love with not only people and places from the past but also with the people and places we visit on these two Houston Urban Adventures.
"When I'm not researching, designing, or guiding tours of Houston, I go out and tour Houston and Texas on my own. It's a full-time love affair.
"I like waking up every morning knowing I'm going to make new friends and introduce them to new and exciting experiences. I love telling stories -- and learning new ones from the people I meet."
